1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. You may cancel your booking under the following conditions:

  • Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup time → 100% refund

✔ Partial Refund

  • Cancel 12–24 hours before pickup → 50% refund

❌ No Refund

  • Cancel less than 12 hours before pickup
  • No-show (customer not present at pickup location)
  • Cancellation after the trip has started

These conditions are standard in transport services where late cancellations may incur full charges due to driver allocation and scheduling

2. No-Show No-Show Policy – Marrakech Airport Transfers

A booking is considered a no-show if:

  • The customer is not present at the agreed pickup location
  • The customer cannot be reached
  • Waiting time exceeds 20 minutes
